Can I write my notes in Chinese?

Yes. Notes can be written in English, 中文, or English with Chinese TCM terms, and each clinic sets its own default. The AI scribe understands English and Chinese audio. The app's own screens are in English.

How does the AI scribe work?

Start recording in the browser, or scan a code to record on your phone. When the visit ends, the recording is transcribed and drafted into your SOAP note, section by section. Nothing is final until you review it and sign — a signed note is locked.

Can patients book online?

Yes. Patients book from your online booking page or from the patient portal, where they can also reschedule or cancel, fill in forms, and see their bills.

Do you bill insurance?

Not yet — insurance billing (electronic claims, eligibility and ERA) is coming soon. Today you can issue superbills, which patients submit to their insurer themselves.

Yes. Appointments and invoices stay with their location. The plan includes one location; talk to us about adding more.

IntentCare is built for HIPAA. We work under Business Associate Agreements with our cloud host and with the AI model provider behind notes and Copilot, every change made through the app is written to an audit log, and your clinic signs a BAA with IntentCare when you start.
